16.2 hand Clydesdale cross gelding

Big Sky is a gorgeous 3 year old Clydesdale draft cross gelding. He stands 16.2h tall and has striking color, a lovely conformation and light feathering. Big Sky is broke to ride and drive. He has two full seasons of daily trail and ranch work on his resume - he knows a long day’s work.

This beautiful gelding has stunning movement, is very light in the bridle and moves off the leg nicely. He is not watchy and would make a solid backcountry trail mount or ranch horse. Use him to check fences or pack an elk out of the mountains, he’s down to work.

Big Sky loads and unloads from the trailer with ease and stands calmly for the farrier, no stocks needed. He is currently barefoot with nice solid feet and an easy keeper on a forage only diet. He sells sound and UTD.
